NATIONAL SERVICE


Shipping in India

The products will be delivered in India by one of the shipping company of our choice. For all the major zones of the National Territory, delivery take place within 3/8 working days from collect.

To prevent delivery problems (consignee absent, not available at address given, etc.), is important that precise and complete details be provided, in example: different name on door, delivery to workplace with company name etc.

Do not forget to include this information in the "notes" field at the time of order confirmation.

 

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you are purchasing along with the location of where your package is being shipped to.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
World Wide Shipping

We use the best known and secure International Couriers.

Shipping always includes insurance against loss or damage.

For all the major zones of the World, delivery take place within 5/10 working days from collect.

To prevent delivery problems (consignee absent, not available at address given, etc.), is important that precise and complete details be provided, in example: different name on door, delivery to workplace with company name etc. Important: delivery to P.O. BOX is NOT allowed

Do not forget to include this information in the "notes" field at the time of order confirmation.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Only for shipments outside the India

For shipments outside the India may be required import duties by Customs of the destination country.

These import duties vary according to the country and are borne by the recipient.

The courier, upon notice, anticipate them and then will require them at the time of delivery.

For all shipments, we write on our documents the inscription: "Religious Articles for Church Use" and this usually allows the passage of Ex-Customs.

However it is not predictable, and the laws are different in every country so we suggest that you contact the Customs Office of the destination country to get more information

 

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Exchange/Refund Policy?

Customers can initiate Exchange/Refund request for their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

Request for Cancellations are not allowed for, confirmed/prepaid orders, custom orders, or wholesale orders.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Defective/Damaged Product

    • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications

    • Wrong Color/ Size/ Style

    • Incorrect Quantity

    • Wrong Product Delivered

    • Part of Product is missing

    • Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty

    • You can return the product and receive a full refund on the cost of the product minus postage costs.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories.

    • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 10-days.

    • Damaged products reported after 2-days.

    • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.

    • Product is used or worn or altered
